I am available for commission of your favorite subject from your favorite photograph. I also use pen and ink and watercolor to render genealogical histories into exquisite family trees; you provide the genealogical information and I'll do the rest.

I welcome art commissions of any kind. I will do a special drawing just for you of any subject matter such as
- Portraits of people or pets
- Places you’ve visited or a family homestead
- A favorite photograph you’d like rendered into a drawing
- A family tree using information you provide
If you have a special drawing in mind, contact me. All I need is a good photograph or two of your subject and a small, non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the purchase price of your artwork.
Contact me with the following information so I can assist you with a quote:
- What is the approximate size of the drawing you have in mind?
- What is the subject matter? (portrait of people, pets, landscape, building? You can send me a digital image if you like)
- If it is a portrait, how many people, pets will be included?
- Would you prefer pen and ink or charcoal?
What I need from you:
- For portraits or other images, at least one good, clear photograph of the subject matter. Please note, I am a minimalist artist with respect to background. My drawings of people and pets focus on them as the subjects.
- For a family tree, I need your family history information. Prior to rendering the drawing in ink and watercolor, I will send you a draft image for you to proofread.
- Your deposit. A small non-refundable deposit will be applied to the total purchase price of your drawing.
- Your patience. I want to do a good job for you, so please understand that to create a work of art you will be happy with takes time.
